Shipping Policy
At Lavenir, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped the next business day. Our standard delivery time is 5-8 days. Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress on our "Track Your Order" page for precise updates.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unworn condition. If you wish to return an item, we will email you a return label, and it must be shipped back within the 7-day return window.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label. You may choose between store credit or an exchange for the correct item.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds. All eligible returns will receive store credit or an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
Store Credit Policy
Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After 60 days, any unused store credit will expire and will no longer be valid.
